  • CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY: 14 or more days notice - FULL REFUND, Less than 14 days notice - NO REFUND, No Show/Early Departure - NO REFUND *NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION DURING CHUCK WAGON

  • QUIET TIME: 10 p.m. / 7 a.m. – Please be considerate of others. No loud music or excessive noise of any kind at any time.

  • SPEED LIMIT: 10 mph

  • CHILDREN: We want the children to be safe & have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. Children under 10 must always be with an adult. Children under 16 may not be away from registered site after 10:00 pm without an adult. You are liable for their behavior.

  • PETS: NO MORE than 3 pets per spot. Please maintain control of your pets. Pets must be on leash or a lead no longer than 20 feet. Pet owners must clean up after their pets. Do not leave pets tethered on a leash or chain or in a pen outside. These rules are for health reasons as well as the respect for others. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK. If there is an incident with your pet being aggressive and/or out of your control at any time, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Residents who do not clean up after their pets immediately will be subject to a $50 fine per incident. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued. No dog breeding allowed.

  • Guest shall keep and maintain the RV and the RV Site in a clean and orderly condition at all times, including but not limited to junk piles, proper disposal of trash and cigarettes, and on the expiration or earlier termination of the tenancy shall surrender the RV Spot in same condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear and damage by the elements excepted. Shall the Guest fail to maintain or leave the RV spot in clean condition (Free of cigarette butts, toys, trash or debris), management reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of no less than $20.

  • SEWER CONNECTION requires a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose. RV TOILET PAPER USE ONLY! Anyone flushing feminine products, wipes, paper towels, toilet paper not approved for RV use or anything causing blockages or damage may be charged for repairs.

  • INTERNET: Wireless Internet may be available for our guests, but not guaranteed as Live and Relax RV Park is not responsible for the operations of this Service. Not having service, outages, or slow service does NOT constitute any refund whatsoever. Please notify management of any problems associated with the Internet service.

  • TRASH: Dumpsters are for personal trash for TENANTS only, and all state and local laws around proper garbage disposal apply. All garbage must be bagged, and boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV or outside the dumpsters. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts, DO NOT throw on the ground. Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited, however; keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required.

  • PARKING: Two vehicles only per RV space unless previous arrangements have been made. Park only in the space associated with your RV site. Do not park on the grass at any time. Do not park on the main drives. Any vehicles parked in vacant RV sites, blocking traffic, inoperable or otherwise unauthorized will be towed without notice. All vehicles need to be up to date on current registration and registered within your state of residence. Any vehicles in violation will be towed at owner’s expense.

  • CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be reason for immediate eviction without refund.

  • NO FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

  • DRUGS: Illegal drugs of any form or illegal activity of any kind are prohibited on the property of Live and Relax RV Park. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Person(s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.

  • PROPERTY DAMAGE: Guests causing damage to RV sites, hookups, or other amenities will be held responsible for damages and agree to pay the expense of repair or replacement.

  • USE OF ONE OUTLET IS PROVIDED PER SPACE: Live and Relax RV Park is not responsible for any electrical components on RVs, you are encouraged to use surge protectors. You are allowed to use one plug in per RV space. The pedestals are not designed to have more than one plug used at a time.

  • DURING WINTER MONTHS: Guest must insulate and/or cover the water spigot to prevent freezing. Campground also advises Guest to leave a faucet dripping anytime there is a chance of freezing weather to avoid damage to park property as well as Guest’s property. Failure to do so may result in guest being charged repair costs incurred by campground.

  • ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLETTING: Guest shall not sublet the RV, RV sites, or any part of the Premises, or assign this agreement to anyone else. Guest shall not conduct or run a business or make money off of the property. No guests shall have any personal video surveillance or record devices on property. 

  • DEFAULT: Any failure by Guest to pay rent or other charges promptly when due or to comply with any other term or condition of this agreement shall, at the option of management, promptly terminate this tenancy and forfeit all rights of Guest under this agreement.

  • LIABILITY: All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The RV Park owners and park management are NOT RESPONSIBLE for accident due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park.

These rules and policies are for health, cleanliness, legality and welfare of all.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT OR REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO BREAK OR DISREGARD ANY RULES WITHOUT REFUND. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANYONE. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND FEES WHEN NECESSARY.

THEFT OF SERVICE IN ARKANSAS IS PUNISHABLE BY LAW, any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the appropriate Arkansas statutes.

AFFIRMATION

By making reservations as a Guest of Live and Relax RV Park, guests fully understand and accept these rules/policies and any others that may be posted in the park. Guest also agrees to vacate the premises at the request of management if in violation of any rules/policies, without a refund of any prepaid fees. Any rules violation resulting in termination of the rental agreement will result in forfeiture of security deposit. All occupants must comply with all rules and regulations. Residents are responsible for their guests.
