When checking out of a Cabin. There is a black drop box on the front of the RV Office. Please drop off your Cabin Keys there.
1. Tenants/Renter and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their childrent and/or pets. Smoking of any kind in a Cabin will result in a $250.00 charge. To said Cabin or Snowmbile Rentals. Tenants and/or Snowmobile renter agree to pay for any and all damages/loss of revenue due to the unit/snowmobile damaged and not availble to rent. Upon the event of a damged snowmobile. The snowmobile will be taken to a dealership and the dealership will assess the damages and provide a estimate of the cost to repair rented snowmobile. The cost to repair a damaged Cabin and/or snowmobile is the Tenants/Renters responsibility.
2. Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
3. The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
4. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
5. All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.
6. Lolo Hot Springs does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests. Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.
7. All motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearace. There is a central septic dump station located next to the shower house.
8. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
9. Tent Camping is NOT permitted in RV spaces.
10. Tents are limited to 1 per site in Tent Camping field and cost an additional $27.00 per tent, per night.
11. Total number of guests in any space or Tent site. cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
12. Maximum of 10 people total at a site at any given time.
13. Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 10am & 10pm, but they must register at the office.
14. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10pm.
15. All visitors must pay a $10-dollar parking fee and park in designated area by Rv park office.
16. No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis, snowmobiles or utility trailers is allowed.
17. Campfires are allowed in designated fire pits permiting there are not campfire restractions.
18. Propance grills & Charcoal grills are allowed permiting they are stored in vehicles when not in use.
19. The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
20. All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
21. Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
22. All Trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the resort.
23. Do not leave trash out overnight.
24. Lolo Hot Springs is in a natural wildlife habitat area. There are coyotes, wolfs, mountain lions, bears, birds of prey and reptiles. All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.
25. Check-In times are from 3pm-10pm
26. Check-out time is 11am
27. Late check-out, The front desk may be able to arrange for a late checkout, If available. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. If you fail to depart on time/check out. You will be charged for an additional nights stay.
28. Hot Springs Pools, The Hot Spirngs open at 10am, 7 days a week. The Hot Springs close at 10pm Monday-Thursday and closes at midnight on Friday-Sunday. Sunday Night from 9pm-midnight is Back to Nature night. Must be 18+ (clothing optional durning back to nature night)
29. No glass/cans allowed in the Hot Springs areas.
30. No lifeguard on duty in Hot Springs pools, use at your own risk.
31. The use of firearms of any kind is prohibited.
32. Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.
33. Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited.
34. Use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
35. Speed limit on property is 5 mph.
36. Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the resort.
37. Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in Hot Springs Pools.
38. No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway.
39. Only persons with a valid driver's license may operate a motor vehicle in the resort, including side by sides, 4-wheelers, motorcycles, etc.
40. Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group ( regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort.
41. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
42. Report any problems with your site to the main office immediately.
43. We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
44. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am.
45. Please be courteous to other guests around you.
46. Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
47. Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.
48. Profanity or violence towards other guests or resort staff will result in immediate eviction from park.
49. Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refund for the stay.
50 . We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the resort.
51. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
52. There is a three-pet limit in the resort.
53. No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds.
54. All pets must be registered at the front desk upon arival.
55. Guests are redponsible to "clean up" after there pets.
56. Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet ower for any injury of damage caused by pet(s).
57. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proff of disability or certificaiton for the service animal.
58. Disposal of womens sanatary napkins, baby wipes, paper towels, diapers etc. Must be discarded in trash cans and not in toilets. We have a drain field system and these items bind up the system and cause back ups.
Bear Safety Park Rules
1. Store ALL food and wildlife attractants in the animal-proof facilities provided or, as a last resort, in a hard-sided vehicle/RV (not in a tent). If no facilities exist, hang your food and garbage out of bear reach. Use 100-feet of rope to hang your food between two trees well away from your tent/cooking area.
NOTE: in areas where bears have become accustomed to humans, they may have learned to look for food hanging in packages from trees and poles. The best advice, in this situation, is to either use a bear-proof/scent-proof container and hide it in bushes (100m from your tent), or put the food in air tight containers and put those inside two heavy duty black garbage bags and hide that bundle in bushes (100 m from your tent), taking care not to tear the bags while placing and retrieving the bundle.
2. NEVER take food or any drinks (except water) into your tent, not even a snack.
3. Use the designated grey water disposal grates; do not dispose of grey water near a human-use area.
4. Keep your fire pit clean and free of food residue.
“Bare Campsite” Rules
Follow these rules whenever your campsite is unattended for any length of time i.e. at night or when going for a hike, swim or to the washroom.
What Attracts Bears?
Anything that has an odor or could be considered food may attract wildlife to your site.

· ANY items associated with food preparation or clean up (soap, dish clothes, towels, & clothing worn while cooking.
