Terms & Conditions

  1. Our quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am in your RV as well as the campground.  Loud music within the campground is prohibited, at all times. 
  2. Speed limit is 10 mph--NO EXCEPTIONS. Be sure to look out for kids because they’re surely not looking out for you.
  3. Campers are responsible for the safety and actions of their children and/or guests.
  4. Children under age 10 must be with an adult at all times. Children under age 13 are not permitted on the pier or water’s edge without an adult.
  5. No bicycle riding after dusk. No riding over the bridge or on the pier
  6. PET POLICY:  We do not allow any large, aggressive breeds or nuisance dogs. No pet can be a nuisance to any of our guests at any time. For example, excessive barking (even by a small dog) is a problem for other folks camping near you. Pets must be on a leash with an adult when outside and cannot be left unattended on any type of tie-out device, dog crate, or portable fencing.
  7. Rain or shine--always be sure to scoop the poop!
  8. Our pet policy is in place to provide a peaceful, quiet, and safe environment for all our guests. For safety reasons, when walking your dog, please avoid direct contact with any other dog owners or their pets. Do not walk your dog on the piers as it presents a trip hazard and the possibility of any number of other issues.
  9. Please remember: You may know your dog is friendly, but others do not.
  10. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave based on the behavior of your pet.
  11. Only boats owned by registered campers are allowed to launch at the park.  No guest boats are allowed to launch without permission.  NOTE: The fishing dock and all piers may be slippery.
  12. Must be 18 years old to use the camp owned canoe or paddle boat. Must be checked out at the office and life jackets must be in the vessel or worn by those under 18. All those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. ALL WATERCRAFTS ARE LAUNCHED AT YOUR OWN RISK and the campground will not be held liable for any loss or damages.
  13. SWIMMING IN THE CREEK IS NOT ALLOWED.
  14. JUMPING FROM THE PIERS IS NOT PERMITTED. MAXIMUM WATER DEPTH IS 2-3 FEET.
  15. Watch out for rip/rap stones, roots and branches at water’s edge and in park. Shoes should be worn on pier, in clubhouse, and on the porch.
  16. No decks, outside sheds, or staked shelters may be constructed, unless authorized by management.
  17. Fireworks and illegal firearms are prohibited.
  18. Please keep your campsite clean. No outside garbage cans. Place your garbage in our dumpsters located near the grey shed. The 2 big cans are household trash only and the little one is recyclables only.  Do not dispose of old grills, chairs, umbrellas, tents, etc. in or near the dumpsters. All large items must be disposed of off site and your nearest public waste center.
  19. Campfires are allowed in covered fire pits that are off the ground only and may not be left unattended. No ground campfires.
  20. Please be sure to clean up after yourselves in the Clubhouse. Do not leave items in bathrooms or on the porch. Only service animals allowed in the clubhouse.
  21. Follow ALL Laundry Rules posted in the Clubhouse.
  22. As a family, friendly campground, Long Creek RV Park is committed to providing a wholesome atmosphere for children and adults alike. Alcoholic beverages are allowed to be consumed discreetly and must not be in open display, grab a cozy or a cup and cover it up.
  23. No obnoxious or offensive activity shall be allowed in any area of the campground.
  24. We reserve the right to discharge any campers and/or guests not abiding by park rules.
  25. Suspected criminal activity including misdemeanors will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate eviction. This applies to minors and adult residents.
  26. No UTVs, ATVs, or Four Wheelers are allowed to be riden in the park. Golf carts are permitted, and we reserve the right to revoke your use at any time at our discretion. Only those with a valid driver license are permitted to operate the golf cart.
  27. PLEASE REPORT ALL OUTSIDE LEAKING OR BROKEN PIPES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
  28. All site rentals, including tents and campers, are considered as Temporary Vacation Rentals, and as such shall be governed by the N.C. General Statutes that apply to such temporary vacation site agreements—i.e., the campground owners, staff, or managers may instruct any camper, their guests, or camper or RV owner to remove themselves and/or their property from the campground for any reason whatsoever.  Once the request is made by the owners, staff, or management, the Sheriff may be contacted to ensure compliance with the request.

  29. LONG CREEK RV PARK IS NOT LIABILE FOR THEFT, VANDALILSM, INJURIES, OR ACTS OF GOD OCCURRING DURING YOUR STAY. WE URGE EXTREME CAUTION AT ALL TIMES, ESPECIALLY AROUND THE PIER AND CREEK BANK.
