Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION & RESPONSIBILITY I am at least 18 years old (unless approved otherwise), and I am responsible for every person, visitor, child and animal in my party. Only registered guests may stay overnight; reservations may not be transferred or sublet.

PAYMENT, DAMAGES & DEPARTURE I am responsible for all charges, taxes, fees, damages, missing property and excessive cleaning. I authorize Look RV Resort to charge the payment method on file for authorized amounts. Check-in, checkout, cancellations, no-shows and early departures follow the reservation policy. Removal for a rule violation may be without refund, where permitted by law.

SITE, RV, VEHICLES & UTILITIES RVs and vehicles must be safe, roadworthy and within assigned areas. The speed limit is 5 mph. Roadways must remain clear. No major repairs or washing without approval. I will safely connect water, power and sewer; discharge wastewater only at approved connections; keep the site clean; and promptly report damage, leaks or unsafe conditions.

QUIET HOURS & CONDUCT Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; sound must not carry beyond my site or cabin. Generators require authorization. Illegal activity, threats, harassment, fighting, disorderly conduct, fireworks, weapon discharge, public intoxication and unauthorized solicitation are prohibited. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in buildings and posted areas.

CHILDREN, PETS & AMENITIES I am responsible for supervising children; no lifeguard or childcare is provided. Children under 14 require active adult supervision in common areas. Pets must be registered, controlled, leashed (maximum six feet outside the RV/cabin except in a designated off-leash area), cleaned up after and not left unattended outdoors. Amenity use is at my own risk, subject to posted rules.

FIRES, WEATHER & PROPERTY Fires and grills must be approved, attended, safely placed and fully extinguished; restrictions may prohibit open flames. I will not feed or approach wildlife and will secure property for wind or severe weather. I am responsible for securing my RV, vehicle and belongings. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the resort is not responsible for losses outside its reasonable control.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & ENFORCEMENT I voluntarily assume ordinary and inherent risks of camping, RV travel, outdoor conditions, recreation and resort amenities. I am responsible for injury or damage caused by my party and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, agree to indemnify the resort for third-party claims arising from our acts or omissions. The resort may require departure for nonpayment, unsafe or illegal conduct, damage, disruption or rule violations, in accordance with applicable law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT By signing, I confirm that I received or was given access to the complete Guest Terms, Conditions and Resort Rules; had an opportunity to review them; understand this summary; and agree that my entire party will comply. In an emergency, call 911, then notify resort management.
