POLICIES

SPEED LIMIT:

Speed limit throughout the park is 5 miles per hour. Violators may be asked to park or leave the property.

CAMPING UNITS:

Only one camping unit per site. Tents are not permitted on site with a camping unit.

QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. You may be asked to leave if we need to speak with you regarding your noise level.

GENERATORS:

Generator usage is not permitted at any time.

CHILDREN:

Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children and visitors. Young children must be supervised by an adult while using the playground, sports equipment, restrooms, lake and showers. Children under the age of 16 are required to have a parent with them at all times. Children under the age of 16 must wear a helmet while riding a bike/ebike. Children must be over 16 to operate a golf cart.

PETS:

Pets must be leashed, under control & attended at all times. Pets are not to be left alone at any time. Owners must clean up after their pets & properly dispose of waste. Receptacles are available throughout the campground. Excessive barking is not tolerated. Adults must be with children under 16 while walking pets. Pets are not allowed in any buildings, lake, beach or on the playground. A copy of your pets vaccinations is also required in the office.

VISITORS:

All visitors must check in & register at the gate. All visitors must vacate by 10pm. Max of 6 persons per site including guests & visitors.

LAKE INFORMATION:

Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. No smoking, no glass, no alcohol, no food in lake/beach area. Anyone 16 or younger must have an adult present while at the lake/beach area.

VEHICLE/RV WASHING:

Vehicle or RV washing or repair is not permitted on the property.

GOLF CARTS:

Golf carts must be insured and a copy provided to the office. A copy of your RV registration, insurance and vehcile information is also required at the office.

GARBAGE:

We do not have garbage pick up at your site. Dumpsters are located up at the dump. No large, oversized items are to be put in our dumpsters. No mattresses, couches, chairs or home garbage is allowed in the dumpsters.

EV CHARGING:

Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited on the property.

CLOTHESLINES are not permitted.

RESTROOMS & SHOWERS:

Children must be supervised when using the restrooms & showers. We strive to maintain clean bathrooms, please do your part to help maintain the cleanliness. Please do not flush any foreign objects (diapers, feminine hygiene products, wipes) as they can clog the septic system.

FIREARMS & FIREWORKS:

Firearms & fireworks are strictly prohibited. Possession or use will result in immediate removal from the park.

WIFI:

WiFi is offered as a free service to our guests. This free service is intended for quick internet searches & checking email. It is not intended for streaming or gaming. We do not guarantee any site will have WiFi access. We do provide WiFi at certain locations through the campground.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:

Check-In & Check Out

Check-in time is 2pm. Please call the office before the day of your arrival to check availabilty. We do not have anywhere for you to wait if your site is not available!

Check-out time is 11am. You are welcome to just depart, stopping in the office isn't neccessary. Late departures may result in additional fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation After Arrival – No Refund

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for injury or accidents to campers or their guests or for the loss of valuables of any kind. There will be no refunds given for early departures or due to inclement weather.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Loon Lake Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loon Lake Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Loon Lake Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Modern America Campgrounds reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program

Loon Lake Campground or its Management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing, howsoever caused.

The Management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper, or group of campers for any cause.
