Roads are terrible to navigate, not maintained very well

We really enjoyed our spot on Harley mountain road very peaceful and quiet.

The campsites were clean, convenient to maneuver the camper for parking, and very friendly atmosphere. I loved the fact that there is wooded landscape between sites, allowing an extra level of privacy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Campground was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our time here.

Awesome time. Perfect escape… clean remote sites. The brook was beautiful. Our kids loved hanging in the brook and playing in the rocks. Bomber trail was excellent.

When we arrived, the woman at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. She explained the campground rules and guidelines thoroughly, and I appreciated how helpful she was. Unfortunately, our campsite itself felt like more of an afterthought. It was very small, located on a hill, and positioned right next to maintenance and the main road. It didn’t provide the outdoor experience we were hoping for. We also had an unpleasant encounter with security on our first night. Around 10:15 P.M., I was just a few feet into the woods—still well within reach of our picnic table—when I was suddenly blinded by a flashlight and spoken to in a harsh tone. I was told I couldn’t be in the woods that late at night. While I understand and respect campground rules, I felt the situation could have been handled with more courtesy. Being yelled at in that way was unnecessary and left a negative impression, especially since I was respecting the quiet hours and simply camping quietly with my son before the school year. Overall, while the check-in experience was very positive, the location of our site and the tone of our interaction with security made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Camp bathroom is ok but is in need of an update. Most stalls in the female bathroom close to my site were out of order for my entire stay and it didn't appear that repairs were even attempted. The Camp store opened late but closed on time on multiple days. Showers we 25 cents for 5 minutes.... ridiculous that the showers are pay showers. No Internet or wifi offered, no cable offered. Campsite should add Internet for a fee or something.

Great location. Very quiet on the mountain section.

I’m the men’s bathroom, the shower device for water wasn’t working. No sign. Was undress and had to change shower. Very strong smell of humidity in home. Black mild along the wall. Cabin and bathroom needs a little bit of love.

My third stay over last two years with nothing but great things to say about lost river campground. We opted to stay 4of July week with great weather and a surprise bonfire and awesome fireworks. Camp store has just about everything. Ten minutes drive to Woodstock/ Lincoln. Would recommend Lost River campground to anyone looking to spend time in the White Mountains

The cabin was like a dream. It was so clean so comfy and cozy. We had the best peaceful time.. we will absolutely be reserving and returning in the fall

Very calm, beautiful and good infrastructure

The camp ground was dirty. Had nothing to do with the dirt on the ground. It had to do with the men room they are run down. And charge for shower that I believe should be free.

Relaxing, quiet, beautiful views. The campsite was very level and backing in was a breeze.

The amenities are NOT good. The bathrooms were clean, but very outdated. You have to pay a quarter for 5 min of shower water. There were signs everywhere that said “Out of Order”. No working washing machines, only dryers. Everything felt old and broken.
