Refund & Cancellation Policy

Camping and Lodging Reservations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation:

• You must notify us at least 10 full days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund.

• All refunds are subject to a $25.00 service charge.

• If you cancel or change your reservation less than 10 days in advance, you will forfeit your entire deposit (the full amount paid).

Float Trip Cancellations & Rain Policy

• No refunds will be issued for canceled float trips.

• We do not offer refunds due to rain. However, a rain check will be provided under the following conditions:

  • It must be raining at Lucky Clover on the morning of your scheduled float.

  • You must be present on site that morning.

  • If it is still raining at 12:00 noon, a rain check will be issued.

  • If the rain stops before noon, you will be expected to float as planned.

• Rain checks are valid for up to one year from the date issued.

• No refunds or rain checks will be given for returning early from river trips.

• No rain checks will be issued if it begins raining after your trip has started.
