We have been quite a few times now. Very friendly staff. Lots of fun things to do for all ages. Nice and clean camping spots. Beautiful views. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful. Friendly staff! Amazing facilities!!

The campground is newer and nicer. They have designed the place to have the most people in the smallest spaces. So you will be very close to your neighbors. They are very quick to close the pool at the inkling of something being wrong. I waited almost 3 hours for it to open, and then the rain closed it. I can see why they closed it quickly for the lightning, but in the other situation, they didn't have to wait that long. It was SO hot that day. The office and the restaurant close earlier than at most campgrounds. Also, I am used to campgrounds having things planned for children and adults. Maybe a tractor pull around the whole campground, a snowcone social, and having a band or DJ playing on Friday and/or Saturday nights would have been fun. There is not a lot going on outside the campground, so that would have been great for the adults. Maybe they just need to grow into these other things. But this is from someone who has been camping for probably 30 years and at a lot of campgrounds. Thanks for listening.

Clean quiet and beautiful views

Not our first time staying. Favorite place to go as family, plenty for kids to do. Waterpark is clean, very polite and friendly staff.

Not impressed at all with customer service. Will not be returning here.

We went with our daughter and two grandchildren and stayed in one of the cottages. Except for a day or two of hard rain we had a great time. Went swimming, tubing and used the remote control track. The resort was also very close to the Caverns, horseback riding and ziplining which we took advantage of. The only thing that would have been better was being able to rent the golf cart when we checked in at 3:00 and kept until we checked out at 11:00 without being charged for full days on check in and check out days. The office staff was very nice to our grandchildren and they thoroughly an enjoyed the pool.

Park was costly and although the park is very nice, the expectation on service and surroundings is higher. Pool was cloudy the entire week. Trash in tree lawns, weeds growing high around beds and not maintained. Gravel roads are noisy. The park is very nice and has a lot to offer. The river access is wonderful, and you are close to activities. Staff is not friendly and there appears to be no supervision of the park.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds! The kids have a blast at the pool and playground. The grownups enjoy the pool and floating down the river! Highly recommend this spot! Only downfall, the front desk staff act like they dread being there. The 2 men that helped me were nice, the younger girls that worked the front desk acted irritated to see anyone. The actual camping was great!

The entire resort was so nice - so many things to do and so cool that everything is included in our stay. Our favorite part was the river, and we really liked the water park too. We stayed in the deluxe cabin with the loft - the beds were very comfy! The cabin's AC was phenomenal, and the cabin offered so much convenience - outlets throughout the cabin, wifi, the shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, dish soap and trash bags in the kitchen, TV with streaming built in, the screen porch! Down sides - our group all booked together and chose cabin locations next to each other, but ended up being separated when we checked in. The cabin is definitely small and difficult to navigate in tight spaces, IE getting up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Huge pluses - golf cart rentals or ability to bring our own; river access; gorgeous views; ability to bring my dog on the trip; the water park; resort store for last minute necessities like charcoal; location of the resort and proximity to walmart and other stores; so many different lodging options. We will definitely be back next year!

Luray RV Resort was everything we needed and more! We were very surprised to find coffee packages, a blow dryer and toaster in our cottages. We will definitely visit again!

If you are into lots of people this place is for you. They have lots of activities and things to do, but there are a ton of sites and therefore a ton of people doing all of the things. We really enjoyed the river tubing. We had hoped to play pickleball but it was hard to get a court. Pretty location and lots of amenities but not our vibe.
