Based on pictures, I expected more grass and trees. Those planted for inner sites were young so offered no shade. The dog areas were full of poop and not clean as instructed by terms and conditions. There were no waste bags available. We wanted a dog owner not pick up after his dog. Also, there were several dogs off leashes - again as a rule indicated in the T&C. The street lights are so bright at night, we could not enjoy the fire. The light shined into camper even with blinds drawn. The property rules also stated there is to be nothing stored under campers. One lot had 12 propane tanks outlining their hitch. Other lots had similar unattractive junk surrounding campers. The gravel was new and clean. The honor system for fire wood was nice. The bathroom building is well kept on the exterior. This park is just off a busy road. You will hear every horn and siren. Fuller sewer hookup and electricity worked perfectly. The site description on Campspot is not representative of the actual space. If your looking for quiet, relaxing, grass and shade, this is not the place to stay.
