Main Street Manor RV Park — Reviews

Our site was large, level, had a picnic table, and there was grass for our dog. The park is very clean and quiet. We walked into town for dinner, and there were a lot of little shops.

This is the nicest small RV park! The park manager is very friendly and helpful. Well kept park with larger sites than normally found in a park of its size. Cannot comment on the bathroom/shower house as we did not use it but did notice the park manager taking care of it at least once daily. Very quiet in the park itself. There is some state highway noise but no more than one could expect.

We've stayed there before. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained campground, easy access and close to shopping, restaurants, and things to do.

Great helpful Staff, Wonderful small park Great location for Royal Gorge and Colorado Springs. The sites are nice size and the whole park is very neat and clean. Highly recommend!

This park is small, safe, and well maintained. The host is super nice and works at maintaining the grounds. Everyone gets along. I do wish there was onsite laundry, but there's not and I knew that going in. There is a laundromat just a block or so down the street. If you are choosing your spot, pick one in the back to avoid the road noise.

Small very clean park, even though close to the highway not noisy at all. Excellent wifi.

This campground is one of my top sites for a developed campsite. It’s nestled amongst several large trees and in one of the cutest towns around. The site is always welcoming and clean. The campsite host is delightful and very responsive. We stay 1-2 times a year every year. It is perfectly located, near Cannon City, the Royal Gorge, Desert Reef hot springs and great vintage shopping.

The place was clean and well maintained. Small details were appreciated like heat at the water spigot and a clean single person bathhouse. The manager was communicative and positive. The location was great for our needs. We will go there again.

Very clean and well maintained RV Park

We stayed in site 18 for 4 days. Park is clean with large level spaces. Bathroom was very clean. We enjoyed being in town as it has a lot of interesting shops and enjoyed riding our bikes. We will return.

Clean, friendly, and easy access

This is a clean, attractive and extremely well managed rv park. Jennifer was the best - helpful and friendly. Many improvements have been made since our last visit 4 years ago! Thanks.

MSM is one of my favorite RV Parks. I think that the amenities are just right for us and the staff is great to work with. The park is clean and neat, and we enjoy the friendly folks that stay there.
