Great helpful Staff, Wonderful small park Great location for Royal Gorge and Colorado Springs. The sites are nice size and the whole park is very neat and clean. Highly recommend!

This park is small, safe, and well maintained. The host is super nice and works at maintaining the grounds. Everyone gets along. I do wish there was onsite laundry, but there's not and I knew that going in. There is a laundromat just a block or so down the street. If you are choosing your spot, pick one in the back to avoid the road noise.
