Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: When booking your visit to Maple Hill we require payment in full for nightly and weekly stays. For monthly stays we require a $100 deposit. The remainder payment is due upon
arrival. The deposit for monthly stays shall be refunded if your stay is cancelled prior
to 7 days of arrival. For nightly/weekly stays a full refund is given if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival date. If a guest fails to cancel their stay prior to 30
days of arrival, a refund will not be provided.
