Margaritaville RV Resort at Lanier Islands — Reviews

Overly expensive, bath house was clean but had no privacy for bathers, no seating or hooks for clothes, no separation between stalls. Welcome center was smaller than I expected.

Beautiful park. Clean spacious sites overlooking the water. Beautiful natural surroundings in a very well kept park. We’ll be back!

It was a great site on the water with full hook ups. I gave it a 4 as it was very expensive for off season. Would expect a bigger discount when there is really nothing to do.

It’s so beautiful and peaceful here. The sites have just enough space between them. My husband played golf at The Legacy and the views of the lake were gorgeous. We always end up extending our stay.

This was our first time here. It was amazing. Granted all of the water area was not open. There was just so much to explore and see. Definitely get the golf cart as it was completely worth it, because there was so much to see and do. There was also so much to do in the Buford to Duluth area. The mall was great and a must visit. There was so many great food places to try. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again.

We love this resort because of the beautiful views of Lake Lanier from many of their campsites. Plus there is always something going on in any season.

We loved our stay. Great view, loved renting your golf cart. Loved the food, the arcade and the other activities!!!

The people are nice, the staff are nice and friendly, and the resort is spacious! Just not a fan of motorcycles driving around during the quiet hours.

We felt like one of the channels on the TV selection. Should’ve been the loop TV replaying all the old Jimmy Buffett concerts or videos.

This is what you expect out of a Margaritaville resort. It is clean, with gorgeous views, and nice spacious sites. Looking forward to returning.

We have been to many parks throughout the country on our RV travels and this park is by far the best we’ve ever stayed at. The price was very reasonable, and the views were awesome!
