Cancellation Policy

Short Term Reservations (Less than 30 nights)

If cancelling with 5 or more days' notice you will receive a refund minus a 10% cancel fee. There are no refunds for reservations canceled without 5 days. A $10 change fee will apply to reservation changes. 

Long Term Reservations (30 Nights or More)

If cancelling with 14 or more days' notice you will receive a refund minus a 10% cancel fee. There are no refunds for reservations canceled without proper notice.
