Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 2 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancelling your reservation 3 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest will be refunded your stay minus $10 processing fee + 1 night fee.
Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.  

Please note all funds will be refunded to User Credit or Camp Credit, please contact us to refund those credits to your original method of payment.
