Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Daily/Weekly Reservations:

• Reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival will incur a 3% cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled 3 to 6 days in advance of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
• No shows and early departures receive no refund.

Monthly Reservations:

• Reservations cancelled 14 or more days in incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled 7 to 13 days in advance of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 7 days in advance of arrival will receive no refund.
• No shows and early departures receive no refund.
