The facility was clean and quiet. Nice place for a rest. Nice lake and Kayaks were available.

Had a great time kids were able to play at the park go fishing and swim. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be going back.

Nice and quiet. Beautiful trees. Hot showers. Nice folks. Easy going place for a restful sleep and a lovely woodland walk.

Our family would definitely visit this park again. The park is clean and beautiful. The water smooth as glass every day that we were there. Jack was super helpful finding someone to help us fix a flat tire. We didn't want to leave.

Very quiet camping with huge lots

The small beach on the lake looked swampy so we did not swim. We were disappointed in that. The campground was quiet which we liked. The showers and bathrooms were emaculate. There was nothing else to do except volleyball, so bring your own entertainment around your campfire.

We love McMullen as it's close to home yet far enough away. The mosquitoes were terrible this year so we weren't outside very much, but we will return.

This is a beautiful campground filled with lovely pine trees. It's quiet and pleasant. We will definitely return.

Well kept with spacious sites. We wanted a water site but would like to return for a drive through RV site

The camper sites was a little on small side for what we needed. Even though I typed in the correct footage of camper before reserving a site. First time at that campground, so it was a learning experience. Otherwise, no complaints. The lake was nice. There was a nice hiking trail that went around a bluff and the lake. The walk in campsites looked amazing. Those were nice and secluded and some had nice views right on the water.

Everything was beautiful! The campground was very well taken care of and the bathrooms were so clean. There was someone cleaning them every morning. They even had a bird of prey presentation going on which was a cool way to get all the campers out to the park at the same time and great for the kids! We will definitely be back.

The Pros: Very pleasant reception person. Nice large sandy sites. Very nice restroom/shower house. Fun fishing pier for the grandkids. The Cons: The "seasonal" campper just north of us(we were in #85) tied-up his dog which barked incessantly for over an hour until his owner returned. So much for quiet. Since it was Sunday afternoon, there was no one around to ask for help.

Great staff and great quiet place to relax

Spacious and clean camp sites, spotless well maintained and relatively new showers and bathrooms. Extremely generous amount of firewood at a very reasonable cost, One of our best camping experiences in the last ten years!
