Meadowlark RV Park

The lady that handled the booking was awesome. She even helped with another days stay. The campground is very clean and well maintained. Need any information she knew it. Also a great place to stay with your RV to visit the mansions.

This campground is in a community of RVs that are full time residents. It is small and more like a two lane parking lot. It was fine for what we wanted to see, the Newport mansions.

A little over priced for the amount of space you get and lack of amenities. It is very tight. Distance from our slide to the nieghbors slide was about 8 feet. It is very difficult to maneuver with a large rig. They've done some improvements but need to widen the drive even more (and they have the room to do it.) They charge holiday rate for a weekend running $150/night even though it wasn't a holiday. However there was a local boat show that they charged the rate for. We asked about any sort of refund because we wanted to leave early to beat some bad weather and of course there wasn't any. I would only stay here because of proximity but I would look elsewhere first.
