Great place with great people !!! Quiet and beautiful peaceful!! Good place to stop for any amount of of time !!!

I really like to stay here. The staff ate extremely nice and the bathrooms are clean.

Amazing as always! One of our favorite go to spots! The views are amazing, and even with our storming we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The employees out there are helpful and kind as can be.

Randy was a great help to me and my family during our first stay at Melton Hill Dam Campground. We loved our site and the campground so much we booked another visit already!

It is a nice campground; but, on Wednesday, Jun 24, 4 young people came into site 45, next to mine … They had little to no camping experience (I.e. couldn’t pitch a tent, or build a campfire, etc…) About 10:15pm 6 to 8 of their friends showed up to their site and they begin to party… They were yelling and screaming; walking from their site to the lake and back while yelling and screaming at one another… They continued this activity literally all night… I, and 5 other campers I talked to, got little to no sleep until around 6:15 am Thursday morning… Their camp site is about 50 yards from a Camp Host site, yet they took no action to stop them… I camp at this site for the solitude and quiet… This was my second time at the campground; don’t know that I will be back… VERY DISAPPOINTING…

The Staff was unbelievable, friendly and very helpful. Great people! Now, lets talk about your campground. You either need to shut it down or spend some money. Your sites are run down, some impossible to back into and your roads are so tight most turns your trailer is way off the road. I almost left the day i arrived after driving through your campground. I felt extremely unsafe even though i have been pulling boats and trailers for 45 years. Someone needs to tell president Trump that your campground is like the reflecting pool he just renovated. Disgusting and run down.

We had a real good time. The bathrooms were clean. A couple of items need attention. The basketball court has grass growing up through the pavement, part of the backboard is missing, and the goal is missing. The outdoor shower does not work, needs either repair or replacing.

It was quiet, the staff was nice and the ladies bathroom was clean.

The campground was not crowded, and was clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Price was great. Beautiful location convenient to downtown.

This property is under new management for 2026. I have coming to this campground for over 10 years and the grounds are in bad shape. Trash at most of the camp sights along with grass and weeds not being trimmed. Sorry we lost our mangers from the last 3 years but this property needs help!!

Everything was great, very clean , quite and just overall great.

Very helpful in the office. However some of the RV sites are pretty unlevel.

This park is so clean. Quiet. Amazing views of the lake. Host friendly and accommodating. The camp store stocked well. Easy access to i40. We will be back
