Check in was super easy, camphost was very nice. Our spot was concrete with a huge patio. We had a great view of the water. We will definitely stay here again.

The park is beautful. The site was large They asked if I had America The Beautiful pass to help me save money. Very friendly staff.

Just to minor things. One was where the sewer connections was. It would have been nice if it had been further towards the street so that the connection would have been on the same side as the trailers disposal. Second would be to have the shower houses updated. With only one shower. one has to wait sometimes. The one you have now does not let one step away from the shower area so that you have a dry area to dress.

Lloyd and Shelly, the campground managers made us feel so welcome. The campground is clean and attractive. They were constantly keeping up the yard and sites. They even made a special effort of weedeating where our dog went into the lake to cool off. Lloyd and Shelly were very friendly and often checked to see if we needed anything to make our stay more pleasant.

Park was very clean and the new bathhouse is great; however, some sites were playing music for the entire campground ALL DAY. The many hours long Sunday religious services also distract from a peaceful camping experience and interfere with swimming area/beach use. Some sites had kids running around til late (past 10PM).

The spot we chose to tent camp was spot on. Easy access to the water, flat area for our tent and in a shady spot from the sun.
