Terms & Conditions
By making this reservation and using the campground, the reservation holder and all guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meramec Valley Owners’ Association (MVOA) and its associates from all liability, damages, or costs, including bodily injury or property damage, resulting from camping activities or presence on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, swimming, fishing, alcohol consumption, and any health-related incidents. This release applies even in cases of negligence or carelessness by the entities mentioned above.
NOTICE Each of the undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, heirs, next
of kin, and any and all guests hereby agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and release Meramec
Valley Owners' Association and any and all associated names, its members, owners, employees,
relatives, volunteers or associates, or any affiliated entities (MVOA) from all liability, damage,
or any and all costs, including bodily injury or property damage as a result of camping, camping
activities, swimming, fishing, alcohol consumption and/or the mere act of being present within the
premises or on the property, including but not limited to any pandemic, COVID-19 related incidents.
It is also understood should alcohol be consumed, provided or served on said premises or property
that MVOA is released from any and all liability as outlined above. This release is intended to
discharge in advance even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above.

Agreement and Certification
1. The lessee acknowledges receipt of the golf cart and states that it has been
examined and accepted in good condition, and agrees to return it in the same condition,
ordinary wear and tear excepted.
2. The lessee agrees to use the golf cart only in a safe and lawful manner, to be at least
21 years of age, and to hold a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
3. The lessee gives permission for Meramec Valley Campground & RV Park and M&M
Golf Cars, LLC to photocopy or otherwise retain copies of all required driver’s licenses
and related rental records.
4. The lessee understands and agrees that they are responsible for any damage, loss,
or excessive wear to the golf cart, and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify both
M&M Golf Cars, LLC and Meramec Valley Campground & RV Park from any claims,
losses, damages, liability, or expenses arising from the lessee’s use, operation, or
possession of the golf cart, except to the extent caused by a party’s sole negligence.
Terms of Agreement
Each lessee agrees to hold harmless and indemnify M&M Golf Cars, LLC and Meramec
Valley Campground & RV Park from any claims, losses, damages, liability, or expenses
arising from the lessee’s use, operation, or possession of the golf cart, except to the
extent caused by a party’s sole negligence if required for consistency with the rest of
this agreement.
Each lessee agrees to read and abide by all instructions appearing on the golf cart and
to operate the cart in accordance with those instructions at all times.
The lessee certifies that a certificate of insurance is required and must provide liability,
property insurance, and physical damage coverage on the vehicle, and must list M&M
Golf Cars, LLC as an additional named insured and loss payee.

Golf Cart Rules
1. Golf carts must be operated only by the lessee and approved authorized drivers.
2. The operator must be at least 21 years old and have a valid unrestricted driver’s
license.
3. The golf cart must be operated carefully and courteously, with pedestrians and
bicycles having the right of way at all times.
4. The operator and passengers are responsible for all actions while the cart is in use.
5. No intoxicated or impaired operation is permitted.
6. Golf carts are provided with a full tank of fuel. Additional fuel used during the rental
period will be charged at $5.00 per gallon and must be purchased on site at MVOA.
7. Use headlights and lights after sunset or when visibility is reduced.
8. Do not operate golf carts outside the campground, on public roads, in creeks, on
trails, or in undesignated areas, and obey the posted speed limit of 10 MPH at all times.
9. Late returns may be charged $10 per hour up to $80 per day; violations may result in
immediate loss of privileges and no refunds.
10. The golf cart may carry no more passengers than the number of seats provided; all
passengers must remain seated while the cart is moving.
11. Any malfunction, damage, or unsafe condition must be reported to management
immediately.
12. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate loss of rental privileges and no
refund.
13. BEFORE RENTAL: Lessee must note any damages and verify that the golf cart has
a full tank of gas on the provided inspection card.
14. AFTER RENTAL: Lessee must note any newly damaged areas upon return of the
cart and notify the office immediately, prior to inspection. Return keys to the office during
business hours or in the designated drop box after hours.
INSPECTION AND DAMAGE NOTATION
Lessee acknowledges that pre-existing damage, if any, will be documented separately
on the golf cart inspection card.
Lessee acknowledges that any damages acquired during rental, if any, must be brought
to the attention of management immediately.
Lessee acknowledges that damages noted by staff upon the return of golf cart, if any,
will be documented on the golf cart inspection card and the lessee will be charged per
incident noted.
