Wonderful campsite, lots of activities for the kids and us parents, the other campers we're friendly for Halloween! It has everything for a "resort" but still feels like camping. We will be back!

We love staying at Merry Meadows!

Bring the plenty of cash to pay for all the activities or you’ll be hitting up the ATM with the fees. If it rains - not much to do here in fall so be prepared to make your own fun. No golf carts … for us, it was a half mile to the office if you need something.

This was our first time here and we loved it!!! We can’t wait to come back again next year!!!

Awesome spot and great camping neighbors. We got to go to bed early and sleep in & take naps to the nature sounds. We love this campground. We love to walk around and explore the skunk path too. Great place we keep going back!

Rules rules rules. Recreation center but nothing open all week pool was just ok not allowed... packages. No dogs off leash. The help is not very friendly but helpful. Very hilly campground but nice campsites. Could be great but its not.. Secure entry the water is well water and smells like moldy water

We always love camping at Merry Meadows. This time I was very disappointed in the playground. There were numerous plastic water bottles smashed into the sand along with bottle caps, and snack bags.

I understand it's alot of Work Running and Maintaining a Facility, especially when SOME people are absolute Animals.. but, I guess you have to Expect that to happen... my Main concern was Cleanliness... and Functionality.. and unfortunately the quality you Experience was Not very good.. overall it was a NICE place .. and I would camp there again Just the importance of having very clean and Function bathrooms and Laundry Facilities. Property managers seem to be working on the Problems. Just Have to Prioritize the work.. I know adequate Power and WiFi is important.. id just like to Feel Clean Once I get out of the shower 🚿 I feel Sanitation can be a Lil better considering 🤔 some bleach and Proper Ventilation would make a huge difference in these areas

We had a great time, the staff at the office was friendly and welcoming, the site was great, the bathroom was clean. We liked that there were activities through out the day on Saturday. I do wish they would open the pool earlier, but it was fun. We also enjoyed the hiking trail, very pleasant. We will come back soon.

The property has so much potential! Unfortunately, it seems they are understaffed or just don’t mind it. Certain areas seemed abandoned. There was a strict no golf cart rule, but I think that only applies to us weekenders. We had major electrical issues on our 100 degree day. The office was very annoyed with us, and said it was our WatchDog Serge Protector, stated everyone who comes in with one states their electrical isn’t working properly but that nothing is wrong with their electric. Their solution was to tell us to remove the protector and plug in directly. We were not about to do that! We called later that day, again, and requested maintenance come out to look. He explained this happens every year, because of the way it’s wired, and that the electric company needed to turn up the electric pumping to the campground. I guess they didn’t make that call because we couldn’t even run our fans consistently due to such low voltage coming in (can see that via Bluetooth with the watchdog). When I took my daughter to the pool to try and cool off, the lady knew exactly who we were and tried to blame the “fancy serge protector” and told me to “find the positives with the negatives” when she told me the splash park wasn’t working. The poor lifeguard was constantly yelling at everyone, trying to enforce the endless rules - many of which I understand, but I felt bad for the guy. The bounce house and stuff never appeared open when advertised. I’m not sure if you had to inquire to get them to open but it was not inviting. The pool hours for Friday weren’t advertised, and when I inquired with a staff member it was apparent I was annoying her by asking. All in all, we have zero interest in returning and do not recommend it. While some sites appeared nice, ours had a very steep hill right outside our door. Had we not had my parents next to us, the kids would’ve had zero room to play and we would not have had space to put chairs around the fire. The fire pit was disgusting, and our site had boards stacked by the fire pit. We made the best of the weekend, but honestly just take your money elsewhere.

We always love staying at Merry Meadows. It’s close enough to multiple place to visit and they always have some sort of event going on for the kids.

I very much enjoy Merry Meadows camp Ground. It was a hot one and the activities were neat for the weekend. The only thing I suggest is that the jump pillow and play center be cleaned off before the kids go on it. There were leaves and dirt and pollin all over it, I would hope it would have at least been squirted off. My kids have strong allergies and asthma so this was not great especially since I paid $8 each for them to play on it
