Nestled in the rolling countryside of northern Baltimore County, Maryland, you'll find our beautiful 275-acre park where folks of all ages can explore nature by camping in the refreshing outdoors and enjoying the many activities Merry Meadows has to offer. Merry Meadows Recreation Farm is situated on three levels of both open and heavily forested countryside. Nature abounds there with animals, rare birds, natural springs and a large variety of plant life. Little Falls Stream hiking trails run for two miles along the bottom level of the park in Little Falls Valley. Whether you spend the day becoming one with nature or take advantage of the huge variety of amenities, you will long remember the many fun times you had and the many friends you made while camping at Merry Meadows.

The campground was clean, quiet, and full of amenities and activities. We stayed for four nights over Labor Day weekend and had a fabulous time. We enjoyed Bingo on Friday, spent Saturday at the pool for patriotic music and trivia, and ended the night at Merry Meadows Got Talent. The hiking trail (Skunk Path) through the woods and along the creek was a huge hit with my family — we walked it every day. The bathhouse on the lower side of the campground was well maintained and functional. The folks in the office were kind, attentive, and answered all my questions. They even loaned us an adapter for the electric hook-up at our site, which was greatly appreciated. A few things to note: the entire campground sits on a hill (be prepared for a lot of climbing) the Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay, and the camp store was a bit lacking. Overall, though, we had a wonderful visit and enjoyed the holiday weekend. We would definately recommend this campground to our friends or return for another stay.

We love the staff family everyone was so very nice and accommodating when we needed extra time to lodge they were quick to meet our needs. It was beautiful safe and bey relaxing even when we thought it was going to be stressful after our breakdown of our truck.
