Very clean. Quiet. Playground for kids. Even a musting patio if you were brave enough to sit outdoors. It was 115 on the days we were there

Mesa Gardens is located next to Beverly Park which is nice but there were some questionable people hanging out there. Also no shade, trees or tables in the RV sites. Price per night was very reasonable and they allow dogs.
