Midway RV Park Refund Policy

At Midway RV Park, we strive to provide every guest with a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience. Please review our refund policy before making your reservation.

Reservation Deposits & Payments

  • Refunds for canceled reservations are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

  • Reservation deposits and prepaid fees are non-transferable unless approved by management.

Early Departures

Guests who choose to depart before their scheduled check-out date are not eligible for a refund or credit for any unused nights.

No-Shows

Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled arrival date without notifying management will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued, and the reserved site may be released to another guest.

Monthly Guests

Monthly site fees are due as agreed upon in the rental agreement and are non-refundable once the rental period has begun. Guests who vacate early are responsible for the terms of their monthly agreement.

Weather & Acts of Nature

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Rain, wind, snow, or other weather conditions.

  • Natural disasters.

  • Wildfires, flooding, or road closures.

  • Utility outages caused by public utility providers.

  • Other events beyond the control of Midway RV Park.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance if your travel plans could be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

Guest Rule Violations

Guests who are required to leave the park due to violations of park rules, illegal activity, disruptive behavior, non-payment, or creating a safety concern are not entitled to a refund.

Equipment & Utility Issues

Every effort will be made to promptly address maintenance or utility concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed for temporary interruptions or equipment failures beyond the park’s control. If an issue is determined by management to significantly impact a guest’s stay and cannot be reasonably resolved, any refund or credit will be issued at the sole discretion of management.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing, although your financial institution may require additional time for the funds to appear.

Management Discretion

Midway RV Park reserves the right to review each situation individually. Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of management.

By making a reservation and/or occupying a site at Midway RV Park, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
