Refund Policy

Daily Rate

Cancel up to 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund less non-refundable reservation fee.

Cancel 3 or 4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive full refund less a $10 cancellation fee plus non-refundable reservation fee.

Cancel less than 3 days prior to arrival date, you will forfeit the full required deposit including non-refundable reservation fee.

 

Weekly Rate

Cancel up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund less non-refundable reservation fee.

Cancel 5 or 6 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive full refund less a $25 cancellation fee plus non-refundable reservation fee.

Cancel less than 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date, you will forfeit the full required deposit including non-refundable reservation fee.

 

Monthly Rate

Cancel up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival and receive a full refund less non-refundable reservation fee.  

Cancel 13 to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive full refund less $50 cancellation fee plus non-refundable reservation fee.

Cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival date, only the $100 electric deposit will be refunded.

 

All Holidays and Special Local Events (Applies to Daily Rate Only)

Cancel up to 14 days prior to your stay and receive a full refund less non-refundable reservation fee.

Cancel 7 to 13 days prior to your scheduled arrival and receive full refund less a $10 cancellation fee plus non-refundable reservation fee.

Cancel less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and forfeit the full required deposit including non-refundable reservation fee.
