Millwood Golf & RV Resort – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Millwood Golf & RV Resort. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we ask that you review and follow the policies below. By staying at our resort, you agree to these terms:
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Late check-outs may result in additional charges.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at Millwood. No breed restrictions.
Limit of three (3) pets per site.
Pets must be leashed and waste must be picked up immediately.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival will result in a charge for one night.
Early departures or no-shows are non-refundable.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please keep noise to a minimum to respect fellow guests.
Golf Course & Pool Rules
Guests must follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
Proper golf attire required on the course.
Pool hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool.
No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.
No diving, no running, no glass, and no food inside the pool area.
Visitors
Visitors are allowed with a $12 per person entry fee.
All visitors must exit the property by 10:00 PM unless registered overnight.
Campfires
Fires are only permitted in enclosed fire pits.
No ground fire rings allowed.
Fire pit rentals are available upon request.
General Resort Rules
Guests must be 18 or older to rent a site or cottage.
5 MPH speed limit strictly enforced within the resort.
Alcohol allowed only in enclosed containers.
Units require a $50 non-refundable deposit at check-in.
Smoking is prohibited inside all resort buildings and cottages.
Liability
Millwood Golf & RV Resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft.
Guests are liable for any damages caused by themselves, their pets, or visitors.
