Terms and Conditions 

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
  • Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold the campground harmless from and indemnify the campground against the same.
  • The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
  • We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
  • We do not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests. Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.
  • All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
  • Total number of guests in any space or unit cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
  • Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.
  • Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.
  • Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
  • Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.
  • The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
  • Clotheslines are not allowed.
  • Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
  • All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
  • All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the property.
  • DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
  • All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, the following cancellation terms apply to all Full Hookup RV Site reservations:

  • 8 Days or More Before Check-in: Cancellations made 8 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund, minus a 3% processing fee.

  • 7 Days or Less Before Check-in: Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost.

  • No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Important Notes

  • Check-in Window: The cancellation period is calculated based on the official check-in time of your arrival date.

  • Changes to Reservations: If you need to modify your dates rather than cancel, please contact the campground office directly to discuss availability.
