We love the beach and the lake for boating. It works out great for our family potluck with the pavilion also. And the staff is friendly and helpful. Plan to book again for next August.

Very minimal work has been done to maintain and improve thus campground over the years. Watch out for low hanging branches throughout the campground when hauling your rig. The boardwalk is in rough shape, asphalt is being warped by overgrown tree roots, seasonal lots are charged for electric. Somehow we were charged $100 for the month for 30A service and only there on weekends. Not sure how I can power my whole 3500 sq ft. house for only about 50 bucks more per month.

Clean, friendly staff the park was well kept. The only thing I didn't like is .25 cents per shower. Your already paying a decent price to be there.

The spots were mostly not numbered so it was difficult for us to find our site. There were plastic jugs in our fire pit which we had to dispose of. There was toilet paper left on the ground near our waste hookup. And, our neighbors were noisy until 1:30 in the morning. We will never stay here again.

I always love my stay at the rustic cabins. They are clean and comfortable. Its a very great place to relax and unwind.

So accommodating and willing to go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable!!😊

The overall campground is great. The lake view and park are kept up well. Bathrooms are clean. The beach is well maintained and clean. The sites for camping are HORRIBLE and not maintained. We stayed at lot 69 asked to have a tree trimmed so it wouldn't hit the top of our camper. NEVER DONE. The young lady at the desk just replied I'll let Todd know. The sites are uneven and washed out. BEWARE if staying with a camper on lots 68 and 69.

The park camping spaces are super small. Hard to navigate. Also, expected a site with water and not what I received.

The website does not tell you that you have to have quarters to take showers, nor does it disclose that you have to pay for a vehicle pass for each day. The bathroom by our camp site was dirty, very dirty. When we arrived there was no picnic table or fire ring at our campsite and there was a big pile of dog poop in the middle of the site. There was trash everywhere. No rules are enforced and we had sleep interrupted frequently by car alarms (at 2 AM and it was going off for more than five minutes) and loud people partying well into the early morning hours. Not once did we see anyone on staff walking around the property. We will not camp here again.

My grandson ended up with a horrible case of swimmer’s itch in spite of our precautions. The young girl in the office told us to go down the wrong road to our site, it was a dead end. We had to back our trailer down the entire road. The people in the office do not know what they should. We will not be back.

I would have rated this a 5 but when we wanted to go to the beach they charged us 15$ for entry when we already paid for the campground 5 day reservation, entry to the beach should be included...

We enjoyed staying here and have been coming for many years. It’s a beautiful park and we love the lake. Great for kids the swimming are has a large shallow area.

Low hanging limbs which risk scratching the roof of your rig. Unkempt volleyball courts and uncombed upper beach area near playgrounds. Boardwalk has been left to decay and have lifted boards/nails. Quarter showers had completely cold water half the time we used them. The lake is great. Just seems like some easy low hanging fruit maintenance could go a long way here. Pruning trees would be one of those tasks.

We’ve been camping there 17 years. Raised our daughter there and now our grandchildren.. Hoping this yr we get our old campsite back where we have always been.. only issue was letting local residents get first choice of campsites over us.. that was this was the only issue I had.. otherwise we love it. Thank you
