We needed a place just to get away for a weekend and this was the perfect place. Very quiet and great scenery. The sunsets are no joke, very spectacular. Cindy was very nice and easy to get in touch with f you needed anything.

What a gem! This is a small campground with 3 full hookup sites. No public bathhouses here so only stay here if you plan to use the full hookups for showering and toilet needs in your own camper. But the sites are gravel, each site had its own picnic table and firepit with a grill grate that was mobile over the fire pit, which we used. But the best part about this place is how quiet and peaceful this place was, just a bit of noise from the local farm animals down the road but otherwise it was very quiet place. The owners left a welcome pack on arrival with numbers to call in case we needed anything and firewood was delivered to our site for a minimal price. WiFi was available and we were able to watch TV without any issues at all. I’ve never seen so many stars!! If you enjoy star gazing at night then this is your kind of place!! We saw 3 shooting stars, the Milky Way, and several planets and constellations. It was close to town 11 miles to Town and 19 miles from Rock Leland state park and 19 to Fall Creek falls. If your in the area please give this family owned park a try!!! Oh and it also close to Virgin Falls state park as well. If your up for a strenuous hike 4.5 miles in and out !! Nit for me but I definitely recommend Rock Island state park and Fall Creek Falls state park!! They have some amazing waterfalls if your into chasing waterfalls!! I will definitely be back to this park real soon!!! Loved it!!! Also if your up for a game of corn home or a group campfire they have that too!!

Campsites with full hookups were above average in a nice rural setting . Owner stopped in for a short visit and was extremely nice and friendly . There are only three sites which made it quiet and calm . The area is loaded with wilderness areas , wonderful state parks , waterfalls and overlooks . The nearest town has everything you might need .
