Cancellation Policy

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR NO-SHOWS.

Camping Cancellation:  If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days in advance of your check-in date, you will be refunded in full, minus a $10 cancellation fee. 

If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less from your check-in date, we will retain a one (1) night fee and you will be refunded the remaining balance. 

Booking fee and optional lock site fee are not refudable.

*Cancellations will not be accepted via Email, Facebook or Voicemail. To cancel your reservation please revisit your reservation summary, click on the CANCEL RESERVATION button at the top right corner (or the 3 dots for cellular users) and follow the instructions for the two-step cancellation process.

Cabin Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your check-in date, you will be refunded in full, minus a $25 cancellation fee. 

If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less from your check-in date, we will retain the amount equivalent to your first night stay and you will be refunded the remaining balance.
