Morro Strand RV Park — Reviews

Everything went smoothly. Great proximity to the beach and the town. Just a VERY tiny space. If you’re just sleeping there- no problem. If you like to lounge about at your campsite- maybe not so much

Always have a great time. Weather was great and enjoyed riding our bikes around town. I love the beach and never have a bad time.

A very easy place to get in and out of. The office staff is very nice and helpful.

Did not stay. Left immediately. There are two sides to this rv park. The smaller one is next to the dumpsters where people were rummaging and banging on the cans. There was also a man in a broken down rv with cardboard windows who was doing laps around my rv - just watching me (I arrived after dark). I was there for thirty minutes and left.

Sites were too close together to enjoy any time outside. The picnic table was right next to the neighbors septic. The view out the back of the trailer was an industrial shop yard. It was noisy even on Saturday. There want enough room to park the vehicle in the site with the trailer without hanging over the fire lane. There was no room to have a dog in the park yet we were charged a pet fee. We have travelled across 18 states in the last 34 days and this was the most disappointing rv park we have stayed in. Communication with anyone regarding our desire to cancel one night was unsuccessful even after several attempts.

The RV Park is perfectly located, very close to the amazing beaches with easy access to cycling and walking trails. The washrooms are clean and tidy. We stayed in Park 2.

Easy access and set up on site, very friendly staff and locals and excellent access to the beach, rock and embarcadero. I could have happily stayed another night and day.

The park was fine. However, a suggestion would be to provide walking maps to downtown. They couldn't provide maps so we took the long way to downtown and it took an hour instead of 20 minutes.
