Too small spaces. Too tightly placed together. Not enough amenities.

Nice park,clean with friendly staff! Great access to beach and Morro Bay area! Rest rooms were basically clean but could have been checked more often! We would stay there again!

When I got there it was dark. There was cars parked everywhere to prevent me from backing in to my spot. There was no caps for the waste pipe in my lot. There were people BBQing in my space.it looked like aparking lot. Did not stay the night. Do not want to pay for a night no used. Stayed at a Walmart

We arrived after hours for check in, but our information was clearly posted for us. Our site was large and easy to get in to. It was muddy in the middle, but I don’t think management can be held responsible for the weather! The location was great; an easy walk to the beach, but just far enough away to be sheltered from the wind.

Our site was really too small for our camper. We barely fit in after much “wiggling”. The view of the DPW storage lot was disappointing to say the least., when we were so close to the ocean. The showers were amazing though. Clean, large, plenty of hot water.

Great stay. Hardly any other rvs cause it's off season. Sites are small but who hangs out at the site, way too much to do.

It was okay, the Sites were very small and crammed up and felt more unsafe than the sites across the street. However, the Staff was wonderful.
