Refund Policy

All Reservations:

-No refunds for cancelations within 30 days of reservation.

-Cancellations made 31 to 60 days or more prior to arrival warrants a 50% refund.

-Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival warrants a 100% refund.

• Management reserves the right to require any customer to leave with 24 hours notice and no return of any monies paid should we find that a customer has, with negligence or intent, entered the community by misrepresenting their age or have not adhered to the pet restrictions.
