There was a heavy sewage/dead animal odor coming out of the ground around the campsite.

Very quiet always like the view great bath houses also like the gate have a code to get in. It makes you feel very safe

The water, sewer, and electric services were fine. We had a lot of trouble getting level on a site that sloped sideways, despite many attempts to get in the best spot. We used all our leveling blocks but still couldn't get it right. Forget trying to sit at the picnic table! If there was something done besides dumping a pile of gravel in the middle and not leveling it out, it would be much better. We were with another family and after putting bricks under one side of their table, one side pitched us forward and the other leaned us back.

Nice bathroom. The lake and sunset were pretty but surprisingly there was no lake access. We actually never found a water spigot except the bathroom sink.

We’re returning guest. We love the small atmosphere of Moss Lake Campground and that’s why brings us back. The ease of check-in. The secure gate on the front also helps feel protected. Love this little campground.

The main reason is because one of the 2 campsites’ fire pit was unusable due to the previous campers leaving glass and metal in said firepit. The staff needs to be better about maintaining such things.
