The water, sewer, and electric services were fine. We had a lot of trouble getting level on a site that sloped sideways, despite many attempts to get in the best spot. We used all our leveling blocks but still couldn't get it right. Forget trying to sit at the picnic table! If there was something done besides dumping a pile of gravel in the middle and not leveling it out, it would be much better. We were with another family and after putting bricks under one side of their table, one side pitched us forward and the other leaned us back.

Nice bathroom. The lake and sunset were pretty but surprisingly there was no lake access. We actually never found a water spigot except the bathroom sink.
