This is the best campground around this area. Very friendly staff to help you get set up. Very nice restroom/showers and a laundry room with 4 washers and dryers that were very inexpensive to use. Pull thru full hookup sites. They are partly wooded and spaced apart nicely. It is mostly full time sites but has plenty of space for travelers as well. We were greeted by a group of 20 turkeys in the morning and we saw mule deer herds as we were headed to town and back. They do get bears occasionally but we didn’t encounter any.

This was one of the nicest camp spots we have stayed in; the site itself was beautiful. However, the length barely fit us and we had to wait for the neighbors to leave so we could hook up.

Beautiful campground with lots of wildlife and wonderful hosts! We would stay here again when we're in the area.

Very helpful on arrival and very clean showers and bathrooms. Wifi at site 78 almost non-existent half the time…clearly not a personal priority though.

This place was great. One of the better Mountain rv locations. Drive to Colorado springs about 20 minutes. Perfect distance. Very quiet, relaxing. Beautiful weather for your morning cup of coffee.

The site was beautiful. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The fellow campers were all very courteous. We will definitely be coming back!

The location is fantastic! Located 2 miles from the main road, most sites have plenty of space for landscape and trees in between. The showers are roomy, immaculate with glass doors and multi-level/hand held spray heads. There is an outdoor gazebo, large whirlpool tub, and quaint community room with huge TV. The resort is quiet, clean and well kept.

It was very peaceful and friendly. I especially enjoyed watching wildlife near my tailer. Black bear, deer and wild turkeys. The host was very kind and inviting.

An absolutely beautiful and quaint resort. Every site is shaded with big pine trees and beautifully landscaped. Most sites are terraced so you don’t feel your in a parking lot. They contacted me early and asked me to call when I was close. I did and Chris wax waiting for me with paperwork and a map. He also shows you to your spot with a gulf cart and makes sure you settle in. Everything is clean and quiet and the visitors are all really nice.

Very quiet, well away from major roads. Staff was great, especially when answering questions we had about safety protocols due to the wild fires in the area. Laundry facility cost was very reasonable.

The best RV park we’ve stayed at yet! We will definitely be back!

The park was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and the staff was incredibly helpful, from delivering firewood to helping make a minor repair to our rig. It is located close the Garden of the Gods Park and cool towns like Manitou Springs. I highly recommend this park. If you are visiting the Colorado Springs area this is the place to stay!

The campground is clean and well maintained. The sites are spacious and ours was level. Very quiet and remote but still close enough to Colorado Springs to easily visit and see the sites. I would absolutely recommend this campground to any one looking to stay near Colorado Springs.

The campsite was very clean very well maintained gorgeous setting very happy and helpful people enjoy my time. I will be back next year.
