Peace and quiet friendly staff love the camp site we were in. Bathroom were clean and very nice!

Beautiful setting, great hosts

We were greeted when we arrived and taken to our beautiful pull thru site. The sites were large and the park was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this campground. More of what camping should be, large sites large fire pits and places to walk. We enjoyed seeing turkeys and deer. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Great spot with thoughtful owners. We loved that it is within the forest and off of the main drags in the region. There is a good mix of families just stopping though (like we were) and those that are bedding down for a bit. Easy walks / hikes on the property and proximity to nearby state parks makes this a fantastic base camp to hang in or launch from.

The staff was so kind, the camp spot was perfect- outside of Colorado Springs with great views but easily within an easy drive to go into Colorado Springs. They had some great little trails right on the property. Will be back!

The rv park was amazing. However, no internet or cable was available. You are 20 miles south of Colorado Springs. No where to eat. Fine if you want total isolation. Plenty of deer and wild turkeys. Bathrooms were the best!

Very nice area, loved seeing the deer and wild turkeys. It was very quiet, the bathroom and public areas were well maintained and comfortable. We will go again.

Location, close to Colorado Springs but out in the mountains. Great amenities, including a hot tub you can reserve, and wonderful staff. Also if staying for 7 nights they only bill you for 6! We stayed on the upper level in a huge site 87 overlooking the park and mountains. No traffic in the evenings/night, just the crickets and a crackling fire. If you purchase firewood there they deliver it for free! Great week there, very relaxing and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff! Very clean cabins made for a great stay!

This is a very nice place. All the staff are very friendly and helpful! You are greeted at the front office, escorted to you site and given any help needed. The sights are level, clean and roomy. Plus each site has a fire pit and a picnic table. Lots of trees appropriately trimmed. There’s a laundry room with 4 large washers and dryers for a very reasonable price. Bring liquid soap. There are also 4 really nice bath/showers with great water pressure and continuous hot water. Everything is cleaned daily. Nearby there is a steep 3/3 mile walking trail that is worth the climb for the view. The park is about 20 miles from Colorado Springs which has so many great attractions. The prices are competitive. Very nice RV park!

We left Colorado Springs 35 years ago and moved to California. We are on our way to Pennsylvania to visit relatives and thought this place looked nice. We will simply state that we were thrilled with everything. Everyone was friendly and professional and seemed to enjoy being there. The facilities are top notch and the location is true Colorado.

Great staff and beautiful place to stay!

This is one of the most beautiful RV parks we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were friendly. We had a situation with our RV and they loaned us their brand new shop vac - no questions asked. It was a short distance to all the activities in Colorado Springs. We’ll be back!
