Cancellation Policy

1)   All cancelations done 7 or more days prior to arrival will be assessed a $20 fee.

2)   All cancelations that occur 0-3 Days before arrival will be non refunable, cancellations within 7 days prior to your arrival are charged 50% of their current reservation.  If the cancelation is for a one-night stay you will be billed the one night.    

All cancellation must be done through email, no alterations to reservations within 1 week of arrival.
