Mustang Resort Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, the following cancellation terms apply based on the timing of your notice and the dates of your reservation.

1. Holiday & Tournament Bookings

This policy applies to major events including, but not limited to: 4th of July, MegaBass, Berkley, Sealy McDonald, Skeeter, Legends, and Crappiefest.

• 14 Days or More Notice: Guests providing at least 14 days' notice prior to their arrival date will receive a full refund.

• Less than 14 Days Notice: Cancellations made within the 14-day window will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night’s stay.

2. Standard Bookings

This policy applies to all dates not designated as a Holiday or Tournament period.

• 4 Days or More Notice: Guests providing at least 4 days' notice prior to their arrival date will receive a full refund.

• Within 3 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night’s stay.
