We rented the trailer, IT DOES NOT HAVE A FIRE PIT, and it was not very clean. To whomever cleans the trailer, you need to remove the floor registers and vacuum out the filth that has accumulated. As mentioned there is no fire pit as advertised. The owner says this was the Fire Marshall's decision. Fine, then don't advertise it. Besides our experience with the trailer, the camp sites look pretty nice, and are clean. There is alot of highway noise at night from I 95.
