Campground Site Service Agreement

Welcome to Nature’s Resort. As a privately owned and operated resort, we are committed to providing a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable environment for all guests. By reserving or occupying a site at Nature’s Resort RV Park, guests agree to comply with the following policies, rules, and regulations.

Check-In & Check-Out

Cabins

  • Check-In: 4:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

RV Sites

  • Check-In: 12:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Reservation & Payment Policies

Cabin Reservation Requirements-

  • Cabins require a $200 refundable security deposit

  • Mobile home rentals require a $300 refundable security deposit

  • Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve accommodations

  • Reservations must be secured with a valid credit card

  • Pet-friendly cabins require a non-refundable $50 pet fee

  • All Cabin Rentals are 1 bedroom with a loft - loft does not have a mattress, you will need to bring an air up mattress. Must be able to walk up stairs.

  • Mobile Home Rental is 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each. Has a ramp.

  • Extended-Stay Cabin Housekeeping Guidelines

    For guests staying in one of our cabins for 30 days or longer, please review the following housekeeping guidelines:

    • Linen Exchange: Housekeeping will provide fresh linens every Wednesday. Please place used linens in the provided basket and leave it on your porch between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM for exchange.

    • Toiletries & Paper Products: Toilet paper, paper towels, and other starter supplies are provided upon your initial arrival. After the initial supply is used, guests are responsible for purchasing their own items for the remainder of their stay.

    • Bi-Weekly Housekeeping Inspection: Housekeeping will enter the cabin once every two weeks to perform a general inspection and ensure the rental remains clean, properly maintained, and in good condition.

    • OPTIONAL CABIN CLEANING - $75 PER CLEAN

      If you would like to have your cabin professionally cleaned during your extended stay, housekeeping service is available for a $75 fee per cleaning. Please contact the Nature's Resort office to schedule a cleaning.

Nightly Rates

  • Plus applicable taxes

  • Plus a $5 daily resort fee

Weekly Rates

  • Plus applicable taxes

  • Plus a $25 weekly resort fee

Monthly & 3-Month Stays

  • Plus applicable taxes

  • Plus a $65 monthly resort fee

  • Electric billed separately

  • $250 LTD deposit required

6-Month & Annual Stays

  • Tax exempt

  • Plus a $65 monthly resort fee

  • Electric billed separately

  • $250 LTD deposit required

Additional Fees

  • Boat launch access: $10

  • All sites include up to 4 guests and 4 pets

  • Additional guests or pets may incur additional daily fees

No refunds will be issued for early departures or inclement weather.

Site Use & Occupancy

  • Sites are for registered guests only

  • Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times

  • Only one RV and two vehicles are permitted per site unless approved by management

  • No subletting or site sharing is permitted

  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Rates, site assignments, and cabin pricing are subject to change without notice. Specific site selection is not guaranteed unless a site lock fee has been purchased. While we cannot guarantee exact site placement without this fee, we will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.

Resort Rules & Guest Conduct

Nature’s Resort reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or terminate occupancy for violations of resort rules, disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or conduct that threatens the safety or enjoyment of other guests.

Additional policies include:

  • Children under 16 must be supervised at all times

  • Golf carts may only be operated by individuals with a valid driver’s license

  • Side-by-sides/UTVs must have an adult age 18 or older present

  • Failure to pay balances owed may result in a notice to vacate the property

  • No illegal activity, loud parties, fireworks, or disorderly conduct permitted

  • No permanent structures, fencing, or site modifications without management approval and required permits

  • No commercial activity without written approval from management

Under Florida law, management may request removal of any guest who disturbs the peace, violates park rules, engages in illegal conduct, fails to pay for services, or creates a nuisance or safety hazard. Guests refusing to leave may be subject to trespassing enforcement under Florida law.

Pool Rules

We proudly offer 2 pools, originally built in the 1960s, and our new pool completed in 2026.

For the safety and comfort of all guests:

  • No pets allowed in pool areas

  • No children under 16 without a parent or guardian

  • No glass bottles or outside food permitted

  • No Smoking or Vaping

  • Obscene language, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the pool area and/or removal from the resort without refund

Visitor Policy

All visitors must:

  • Check in with the office upon arrival

  • Obtain a visitor pass

  • Pay the applicable daily visitor fee

Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. Visitor misconduct may result in removal of both the visitor and the registered guest from the resort.

Dog Policy

Nature’s Resort is proud to be pet friendly. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following dog policies apply:

  • Maximum of 4 dogs per site unless approved by management

  • Aggressive or disruptive dogs are not permitted

  • Dogs must remain leashed on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside

  • Dogs may not be left unattended outside

  • Vaccination records may be required at check-in

  • Excessive barking is not permitted

  • Non-service dogs are not allowed in pool areas or indoor common areas

  • Guests must immediately clean up after pets and properly dispose of waste

  • A $25 fee may be charged for failure to clean up after pets

  • Pet owners are fully responsible for any damages, injuries, or disturbances caused by their pets

Service animals are always welcome but must remain under control and follow all behavior guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

Nightly & Weekly Reservations

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay.

Monthly & Holiday Reservations

  • Require a 30-day cancellation notice

  • Failure to provide proper notice may result in loss of deposit

Liability Notice

By entering Nature’s Resort property, guests voluntarily assume all risks and liability associated with their stay.

Nature’s Resort ownership and management are not responsible for:

  • Injuries, accidents, illness, loss, or death

  • Fire, theft, weather-related incidents, or acts of nature

  • Falling tree debris

  • Power surges or electrical issues

  • Damage to recreational vehicles, boats, golf carts, pets, or personal property

Guests are encouraged to use surge protectors when connecting RVs to electrical pedestals and are responsible for maintaining proper registration and insurance for recreational vehicles.

By entering the property, guests agree to comply with all resort policies and accept responsibility for themselves, their children, pets, and visitors.

Nature’s Resort is private property and reserves the right to tow unauthorized vehicles at the owner’s expense.
