Terms and Conditions

 

  • All guest and visitors must check in at the office upon arrival.

  • All Motorhomes, RV’s/Travel Trailers/Campers must be in good working order and appearance. 2016 and older may require photos texted to 480-236-4142. We reserve the right to deny access to any RV Units that are not in acceptable condition.

  • Motorhomes & RV's that are 36ft or longer and those having 2 AC units will be charged an additional $4 per day for electricity. Long Term Renters will pay for their usage from their electric meter.

  • One Vehicle allowed per campsite or cabin. A one time $15 charge for an additional vehicle/boat/trailer.

  • Tenant assumes all risks for any damage or injury to themselves, their Guests, their children, or pets and hold the Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord again the same.

  • The campground is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

  • Additional charge of $5 per person over maximum of 4 persons per RV Site.

  • Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed. No Tents/sleeping bags or cots allowed set up outside on RV Site.

  • Tents only allowed on a reserved Tent Site.

  • No appliances outside the RV

  • Maintenance or washing of RV’s/vehicles/boats or trailers require managements special permission.

  • All Sites to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

  • All trash is to be disposed of in the trash container in the main parking lot not burned in the fire ring

  • Do not leave trash outside overnight.

  • RV/Travel Trailer/Motorhome Tenants are expected to use their own bathroom and showers. If Tenant or their guests want to use the campground’s showers, a separate fee will be charged.

  • During winter weather conditions, During winter months, it's the tenant's responsibility to ensure pipes and hydrants are protected from freezing.

  • Tenants and their guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

  • A maximum of two pets per site. Pets not to be left unattended. No outside kennels. Pets to be kept on a leash at all times and not left tied up outside unattended. Any aggressive or barking dogs will be cause for termination of reservation and tenants will be asked to vacate the Site with no refund given. Please cleanup after your Pet.

  • Laundry is for Tenants only and cost is per load to be paid at the office. No washing Pet clothes/blankets or pet toys.

  • No ATV’s or vehicles on the Grass or the Road. 5 mph within the campground.

  • Canopies must be approved by campground management and acquire a permit from the office.

  • No illegal drugs, public intoxication, or possession of alcohol by minors. Any public display of nudity & disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and will be asked to vacate premises.

  • No personal alcohol of any kind allowed in the Event Center or Patio when bar is open.

  • Storm Shelter is available for guests (people before pets)

  • We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

  • No Fireworks or shooting of firearms in the campground.

  • Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.

  • Leaking water or sewer hoses not allowed.

 

       Cancelation Policy

         Cancelation of Daily or Weekly RV Site and Tent Site reservations must be made 7 days prior to arrival.

         Cancelation of Cabin reservations must be made 15 days prior to arrival.

         For Seasonal and Yearly contracts, a 30 notice is required if vacating before the contracted term ends and Renter will pay a $50 cancelation               fee plus $100 per month for the remainder of the term.
