Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Monthly Cancellations: Cancellations occurring 15 or more days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund for their stay. Cancellations less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

Daily and Weekly Cancellations: Cancellations occurring 7 days or more prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund for their stay. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival will incur a 1 day stay cancellation fee.

Cancellations must be made in writing to newcaneytxrvpark@outlook.com. Early departures, for any reason, are not eligible for refunds. Special requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and are at the discretion of the park.
