Nice campground. Nice staff. Safe area. Highly recommend.

The setting is lovely, but the bathhouse needed some work. The drains in the women’s showers were backing up with dirty water (potentially due to the rain we were getting). Kayak rentals were inexpensive and a great way to spend a few hours.

Love this place

Very family oriented

They treat us like family! My grandchildren love it there. We let our girls go to playground bath house and volleyball pit by themselves. It’s so safe there. So family oriented. We love it!

We had fantastic time - grilling, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing - all within 15 of the beach! The staff was very friendly, and the cabins / campsites were immaculate. Some of the bathroom buildings were locked / out of order for part of the time, but there were always facilities available. Great place to stay, I would recommend.

Everyone was so nice and so helpful! We have 2 kids a 5 year old and 1.5 year old and it was perfect for them! Also we really enjoyed the pig roast and live band, it was a nice suprise!

Overall, great stay. The campground staff are friendly and polite and very accommodating. If you are looking for a family friendly place with lots of activities, this is your spot. We are more into separation and you are pretty cramped to the people next to you. The river access is great and the paddle boarding is fantastic. My biggest complaint is that the quiet hours were not adhered to and teenagers were allowed to run around wild until the wee hours of the morning. It was exhausting and frustrating. If you can tune them out, great spot.

Damp firewood took too long to ignite and burn, slightly noisy early in the morning due to fishermen leaving boat ramp, and unexpected aircraft roaring overhead, other than that everything else was great .
