Northern Kentucky RV Park — Reviews

Park was quiet…. Except the nearby train tracks. Fast trains with lots of horn blowing. Lots of old trees - a little tight and tougher to navigate with a bigger 5th wheel.

Very nice park. Friendly hostess

People are nice but the sites are crammed in like jelly beans. Trains come by at all hours of the day and night and sound like they are roaring right through your camper. Road noise is very high. Sites are not level the location of hookups is odd. Septic running uphill - would not stay again.

Nice place , friendly people and Ok for one night but sites are gravel and we had to settle with 45' Class A unlevel for a night. Trains in close proximity run every few hours during night. Exit needs more signage as it's a blind curve and traffic in morning going very fast so turning left to go back to 75 is sketchy.

Between the traffic noise and the trains running and blowing their whistle it was very noisy. We were woken up at least two times each night we stayed there. The camp ground itself was great. Very clean and friendly staff but just to noisy for us.

Good place for one night stay while traveling on a long trip. Clean but appearance was more like a state park but more $

Park was clean. The pl asy ground was beautiful. Thé noise the train makes every hours was annoying but the whistle blowing was too much!

Sites were kinda close. Gravel could have been level, we were unable to dump tanks because it was uphill.

Campsite was very nice but right next to a train track. Train run all night and you get hardly any sleep

Bathroom seemed to not have been cleaned in awhile

Park is situated between the Highway and a rail track. Trains came by almost hourly during the night with 5 horn blasts per passing. Other than that it was a nice facility.

We picked a nice lakeview site. It was beautiful with a fountain running in the middle to keep it looking nice. This park is close to The Ark encounter is why we picked it. The site we had was a bit narrow. We pulled as close as we could to the electrical box with the slide out extended, but still couldn’t open the awning without hitting a tree on the other side. It’s a bit noisy with the freeway on one side and railroad tracks on the other side of the park. There are a lot of people I think saying there year round. They look open year round with heated plumbing so from Nov to spring you are required blue heated water hose. We had a very nice stay and will plan more trips there.

Great location, nice people, bathroom/shower was very clean, water warm, site was fine - you do have passing trains but I had no problem going back to sleep.

Un level spot , too close together and that freaking train ran over us every 20 minutes seemed like.

Nice people and wonderful welcome gift. However sites not level and pretty close together . Good price.

The Park is very nice. Great location.

Train tracks near the campground that is close enough to the sites to shake the trailers, tornado sirens, bathrooms were run down and unsanitary
