Northern Kentucky RV Park — Reviews

I have traveled all over the US East coast to West Coast. Most of the site we have ever rented were somewhat level. This site was NOT. Also most sites the sewer, Water and electric are close by. Not this site the Electric was at the far rear of the site and the sewer was uphill at the very front of the site. We will choose a different RV part next time. Also they have fire pits, but it is right next to your neighbors camper.

4 Stars because we can always do better and because the train went by 3 times in one night. Trains are a blessing and a curse - fun when you want them but..... Appreciated that the welcome packet was waiting for us on our late arrival. The stay was fine.

Trains run all night. The horns blow right at the campgrounds. Would have been good news to know. Having kids, sleep was far from happening.

The sites are very unlevel and close together. The train noise was 24/7 and extremely close. The playground, bath house however were very nice.

Bathroom stall would not lock

Great stop for travelers going up & down I75. Close to the attractions near by with easy access to all. Friendly staff to make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

It was very clean and quiet. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Prior to arriving at Northern Kentucky RV Park we experienced a malfunction with our RV. On Monday morning we went to the office and talked to Naomie at the desk and she helped us above and beyond to get our RV fixed. She was pleasant to talk to, and made our stay more enjoyable. If back in the area we will definitely camp here again.

We only stayed here for one night as we were passing through to get back to Tennessee. We had a pull-thru site for our large (43ft) rig. Our site was very close to the two neighboring sites, and the ground was pretty muddy. Not a turn off for us since we were only staying to sleep, but could be a turn off to folks staying longer. We did not explore the rest of the campground, however, the sites by the water looked beautiful! **Also, there is a fantastic coffee shop about 8 minutes away called Beans Cafe & Bakery. Incredible food and coffee!

There are railroad tracks across the street. Trains went by every 45 mins all night blowing their horns everytime.

This place is definitely a RV park and not a campground. The sites are close together, the freight train coming by almost hourly, and constant road noise from I-75 made this camping experience difficult to get much rest.

Very nice place. Enjoyed the stay.

We were put Ipin a spot that barely was wide enough for our TT. Even then we would have been exiting down a severe slope. No camp picnic table. The trailer would have been on a severe slope. Couldn’t make it work. Left without staying. Camp said they would return our payment but haven’t yet.

Park is nice but there are trains that run about every hour all day and night. Hard to get a good nights rest.

Spent just one night but trains were hugely loud going by several times during night. Nothing to be done, but be aware!

The staff was great. The spots were tight and could be tricky if not impossible to get out of if a car or truck was parked by a camper. The folks at the campground-other campers were a great group.
