Terms and Conditions
Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
Penalty for having a unapproved pet onsite is $500.
Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival. Permission must be requested for visitors coming to your site. No visitors after 11:00pm.
Northern Glamping Escape does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests. Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.
No smoking, vaping or open flames this includes candles inside the Domes. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts.
Harassment, discrimination, and organizing unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate account termination.
Any indoor/outdoor, recreational, social or experimental activity you engage in on or off of our property is done at your own risk. You assume personal responsibility for your own safety during your stay at our Northern Glamping Escape (and for any minors travelling with you). You agree to save harmless and release our employees, suppliers, and owners against all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, damages, demands and liabilities and expenses whatsoever (including legal and other fees and disbursements) sustained as a result of your staying at Northern Glamping Escape.
All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
Total number of guests in any space or yurt cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.
Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.
Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.
The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
Clotheslines are not allowed.
Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the resort.
DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all time. Pets are to remain leashed while walking throughout campground and must be well behaved. You must pick up after your pets. It is your responsible to have a leash for your pet to keep them within your designated area.
Speed Limit - 10kms per hour. Be aware of small children, pets and other people in the area.
Firewood is available for purchase at the office. Do not overfill or make excessively large fires. Do not put any garbage in fire pits.
Please do not mark or deface surfaces in domes such as logs or countertops, (Please use cutting boards provided for food prep) outside patio furniture, decks, buildings or any other property. Guests will be required to pay for damages they cause.
Cooking in domes, we ask of you to please use the hood range fan or counter top range fan located in the domes to help with steam and smoke from foods cooking.
Do not break branches, or damage trees. Debarking a birch tree Will kill it! Do not pick wild flowers. Do not use or collect deadfall, branches or trees from property for firewood. Be aware that bear, coyote, fox, moose, deer, beaver, various birds and other wild animals live in this area. Please do not feed or harass the wildlife. Please dispose of all waste in garbage bins provided.
Drones are not allowed to be operated on campground to respect other guests privacy.
There is a on-call phone number posted on the door too the office for campground related emergencies such as (tripped breaker, loss of heat, empty propane, locked out). Dial 911 for all other emergencies or injury.
