Refund Policy

Leaving Early?

Once you’ve checked in, your site is reserved exclusively for you during the duration of your stay.  Because we cannot re-rent the site on short notice:

• We do not offer refunds for early departures.

• This includes weather, mechanical issues, or changes in plans.

• For monthly billing: monthly payments already made are not refunded. Please give 7 days' notice before leaving early, and no further monthly payments will be charged after your notice period.

Emergency Exception

• If you experience an emergency, please speak with management.

Park-Caused Issue

• If an issue is caused by the park and we are unable to fix it, please speak with management.
