Oak Hollow Campground — Reviews

The time was relaxing, the site I had A20 was to steep for being able to unhook and hook camper back up safely . There is a Pine tree about 4 foot from the camper keeping you from using your awning. This should be noted as it is noted that the sites are unlevel. Now unlevel and being on a hill have different meanings. But in camping fashion I truly enjoyed myself and will return and won't pick this site for my 25 ft camper.

It was clean and the people were friendly, it was very family friendly and even though we were only 15 minutes from home the atmosphere felt like we were on vacation in another state.

Always a great stay at Oak Hollow section C. Restrooms/Showers have been updated and look beautiful.

They took feedback from our last stay there and improved some of the amenities (bathhouse upgrades and WiFi was significantly better). Only issue this time was the price increase to use the washer and dryer. I’m sure this is the company the campground uses and not the campground itself. Went to a laundromat instead and what would’ve cost me $18 at the campground only cost me $10 at the laundromat. All in all as usual the staff is excellent and will definitely be returning. Still the most affordable campground with all the amenities they offer and icing on the cake is the wonderful staff.

A nice relaxing low key campground. Great for seniors and those who like quiet camping.

The lot was scared to level up with. Wish we had known that. Felt like we would roll over the bank. But the park was beautiful and clean and the bath house was too.

All of A section was over grown. not been mowed in a long time. grass very high. Then they finally did it with a weed wacker that was throwing dirt and debris everywhere. Picnic tables we really rotted and our site didn't have a grill.

Very clean and nice view. The sites where we were in B are tight but still nice.

Oak Hollow is a great place to stay, with a beautiful lake view and plenty of lush trees. The campground is clean and roomy for our large rig. We travel with 2 large dogs, and there are plenty of grassy grounds to walk them. We highly recommend staying at Oak Hollow.

Site was great asa far as hookups and location, shady as I wanted. The only downside was it was very unlevel

Most of the campsites were so out of level it was impossible to get your RV level it was. It was really bad. The other issue was the picnic tables are old and decrepit and didn't even want to sit on them. They were so bad.

Amazing and quite Lil on cold side hehe but bearable. Absolutely beautiful too.

Nice clean and quiet campground with great views. My go to park for a local quick weekend getaway.

It was a great stay. It was the first time my family and I used a camper and we had easy access to all hooks up. My only negative is from the online booking, there were very few spots available, so we took what we could get. But after a full weekend. We saw a lot of way better sites not being used, but said they were booked online. Kind lame, but oh well.

We love Oak Hollow it’s the perfect location for when we visit our daughter in college!
